Shipping & Returns
We mainly use PostNL for package shipping. For payment you can choose from the following options;
1 - Pay through your own bank using iDeal, Sofort or Bancontact
2 - PayPal (+2.3% + €0.35 fixed costs)
3 - IBAN bank transfer (prepayment by bank transfer)
4 - Pick up at our location. (see note below) (NOT POSSIBLE TODAY)
As an extra option and at a small additional cost, we offer:
A - Evening delivery (depending on PostNL availability)
B - Morning delivery (depending on PostNL availability)
C - Deliver to delivery address only.
D - Insured shipping.
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. If this takes longer for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
It is possible to collect an order from us. This only by appointment. However, the items must have already been paid in full via the available payment method. Cash and/or PIN payment is NOT possible.

A number of our items can be sent as letterbox post. This is calculated automatically at checkout.
All prices stated in our TrafficShop include VAT but exclude shipping costs. We do not charge packaging costs.
We supply a large part of our range from our own stock and will therefore, depending on the payment chosen, be shipped the same or the next working day. Nevertheless, it may happen that a particular item is temporarily sold out. In that case, delivery may be delayed. If you order multiple products at once, we will do our best to deliver everything at once, if possible. In that case, the delivery time of your entire order will be equal to that of the item with the longest delivery time.
At Traffic Safety Equipment you have a trial period of 14 days for all your orders from the moment the order is delivered to you. You may view the article within this period, unless stated otherwise.
Exceptions are: specially ordered and customized products, personal items, batteries, accumulators, stickers and foil, items with a limited shelf life and media such as magazines, software, manuals, downloads and adjustments made by the customer.
If you wish to return the order, we request that you register your return via: info@trafficsafetyequipment.nl stating the reason for return and then hand it in to PostNL.
Returned items that cannot be removed from Traffic Safety Equipment may be subject to a return charge of at least 20%.
Send your items complete (including all accessories associated with the item).
If reasonably possible, pack the shipment in original, undamaged packaging and hand it over to the chosen carrier.
After assessing whether all conditions have been met, we will refund the purchase price, including shipping costs, within 30 days. If you return only part of the order, we will only credit those items.
You may only return some items if the packaging is unopened. For more information, please also consult our general terms and conditions.
After the expiry of the trial period, the purchase agreement is a fact.
